i have watched many other language movies, though its tough to catch the film line in beginnng but once you ae into the movie you will end up understadnign the story, but the comedy and the serious part you wont be able to grasp. but it is still nice watching an othe r language movie once a while for a change

oh yes i definitely have. i agree with you about what we can grasp about the movie. in fact, i'm watching one right now. well, it's not really a movie but rather a drama series. i watch chinese/taiwanese, korean, japanese, hindi, indian movies mainly. right now, i'm watching a taiwanese drama on veoh. it's all online and i love it. i watch reruns online if i really like a programme.

Sure I do. I like experiencing films in all languages. It also gives me more of a vision of how films are made around the world. I think watching a film in another language is also a teaching tool. When I was in my teens I started getting into languages. And then I would repeat the scenes out loud in that language.

My native language is not English. When i could not find subtitles i try to understand the movie. And yes, it makes me tired while i was trying to understand. Still it is better to watching movies without subtitles, since i can see every visual details.
