It sound like you know your food stuff and your combininig. I dont think I will be eating too many tomatoes at present. I got some that were on the vine that were pretty good though.

I love tomatoes straight off the vine they have a much better fuller richer taste to them. I also love those tommytoes,cherry tomatoes and grape tomatoes they are perfect for salads wihtout watering them down with juices froma cut tomatoe.

My sister was telling the last night while she was cooking some swiss chard that it is a blood thickening vegetable, so she was cooking it with some garlic because garlic is a blood thinning food.
