I wanted to share a picture and experience with you all! On our last trip to the Ft Worth Zoo in Texas we ventured into the bird enclosure. We purchased several seed sticks and entered the enclosure. This is a very large enclosure that is filled with free flying birds. You hold out the seed sticks and the birds will land on you and eat the seeds off of the sticks. My six year old son loved this! At first he was a little bit scared, but warmed up to it very quickly! The birds are so beautiful. It was a wonderful feeling to be in this enclosure with all these birds flying around you! The pictures we captured in there were so colorful, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Those are some beautiful birds, thanks for sharing the photo. The whole thing sounds like a lot of fun, not just for kids, but adults too.

Thank you. We all really enjoyed our day there! I must say we got some really good pictures in the bird enclosures! We will go back again and again! I really want to find more zoos around Texas to take my child to visit.
