Wow I love the visitors......

My daughter went out to walk the akita and called me to look at something...It was a really cool lizard almost white with faint stripes. We are used to seeing green anoles cause they are everywhere here but this little guy was so different. Then I turned around and there on the window was a baby tree frog as green as he could be. So cute!! I love our visitors tonight.

Wow, the white lizard with stripes sure sounds interesting. I don't think I've ever seen anything other than the green lizards here. They get huge too! It's summer time so I guess we will be seeing a lot of them! At least they eat those pesky mosquitoes here!

I really really really wish that I could have been here with my video camera to capture them for all o see on the internet. I wish that MyLot had a section for videos, for that ery reason. I hope you continue to be blessed with many many visitors.

Faint stripes? We own Leopard Geckos, and that is what is sounds like. Of course, the ones that I have seen in the wild tend to have fainter stripes that those that we have, but it was probably due to the fact that they were so much younger than the lizards that we own. I have found one deep within a store, which makes me wonder if a kid had carried it in, or if it had actually traveled that far inside. It is interesting at how many different reptiles and amphibians that you can find while out on a walk.
