ONtario strawberries

I went strawberry picking today and have a ton of strawberries now, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or recipes they would like to share of things that i can make with these strawberries

I love freezing them and then making a healthy shake using about a cup of frozen strawberries [more or less depending how thick you like the shake] and one cup of milk, add sweetner of your choice to your desired sweetness and blend it in the blender until the strawberries and milk blend into a beautiful shake. Oh my goodness, it is so delicious!!

Does freezing the strawberries do anything to them? I was wondering about freezing them becuase I have so many all i would be eating everyday is strawberries all though it would be a great diet!
