Ok I can't seem to sell anything on ebay since my last sale to a very not nice customer. A few months ago I sold a ceramic fish for a friend of mine (we are both ceramist) and the person who bought it paid for the insurance on the package. So I packaged it up real good and ended up having to pay $6.00 out of my pocket (not my friends but mine) to cover shipping on the package. Well the woman wrote back that it arrived broken so I asked her nicely to take it to the postoffice and get her refund....she refused. Said that she would mail it to me to take to my post office to get the refund but then she just sent pictures of the piece for me to take to the post office niether of which would enable me to get the insurance for the package cause that is not how it works. I told her it doesn't work that way and she proceeded to file a complaint with paypal and give me negative feedback and accuse me of threatening her with negative feedback which I never did (I ended up giving her neutral feedback) So for a month we were fighting back and forth with paypal and then paypal settled in her favor and told her to send the package back and then I would have to give her a refund but she had to present proof that she mailed it back to paypal within 7 days. well less than a week passes and she drops the charges and says we have settled the issue?????? I think after looking at the pictures closely the fish was never broken she just wanted the fish and her money too and when she figured out it wasn't going to happen she dropped the matter. But i think she has put a curse (mostly joking here) on my ebay account cause I haven't been able to sell anything since then. I am just depressed over my lack of sales I guess.
