How to change the avatar for a MyLot interest. Free mylot tips.

I wanted to post this helpful tip for anyone looking
to change their Interest avatar. It's that little pic
that represents an interest category on MyLot.
For instance, right now, my "People" category is
represented by a pair of lips brightly painted.
You are not stuck with the one they assign.
Here's how to change that.
Go to an Interest category, say Computers or Life.
Next click on a picture, any picture at the top of the listings.
Then click the little pencil at the left top hand corner of the
pencil to set that picture as your Interest avatar.
You can scroll through the pic pages, until you find the one
you want to use as an Interest avatar.
When you find one you like, click on it. You'll see the big
picture. Then click the pencil. And, you're done!

I found this out one day without meaning to. I was just checking out some of the different pictures in an interest and I saw the thing that allows you to set it as your interest avatar. I like that you can change them and you are not stuck with whatever myLot decides to put there. It helps us to personalize our myLot experience a little bit more.

That was oe of the first things I discovered on MyLot. I like to keep all of my avaars as they are, and never cange them, so I can see at a glance what I am doing, and in what interest I am posting. I personally like that cup of coffee you refered to in your preious post.

I liked my MyLot interest avatar, at first, but lately, I just
feel like I need something different.
I can't explain it.
I just changed my Life avatar to the face of a baby.
Before, it was a pic of a woman in a turtleneck.
Maybe I will simply create a pic that I like on Paint
and upload it to MyLot and then set that as my avatar.
That could end my dilemma!
