I have the craziest cat. I swear she thinks she is human and my child. Ok so I create jewelry to sell in my online etsy shop (link in my profile). I am a full time RVer and my hubby does his art and sculpture on our table. Our 15 year old pretty much OWNS the living room. So I craft in our bedroom. Many days my bed looks like a jewelry factory exploded. I'm sitting here with boxes open all over the bed with different suppies the other day and this crazy cat climbs into one. She moves all the stuff around and even trys to open some of the bags in it. Finally she gives up and lays down in it. LAYS DOWN IN MY SUPPLIES. How am I supposed to work with that? And she's so cute that it pains me to move her. lol Does your cat try to help you with anything and just end up being a pest?

i have one that won't stay out of the bead box. but to be honest, the bag he pulled out last time worked better as a second color then i picked.so,he was right they usually help more as pest control.the tux cat seems to understand the word "bug" so if i yell it out,he'll go look for it...and eat it.

Yes.I have to persian cats.A male cat(garfield) and a female cat(fifi)..Fifi is sort of a "watch cat" well if dogs have a "watchdog" I have a watch cat.lol.When she hears something..she'll get up the table, and peek over the venetian blinds and check what it is.She does that everytime she hears something. My garfield wakes me up a minute or 5 minutes before my alarm clock..I don't know exactly what time or how many minutes before my alarm rings..All I know is that he does that everyday too...thank goodness its not an hour before my alarm schedule. lol. I work in a call center company so my schedule changes every 3 or 6 months.I work basically in the morning but the earliest time for me would be around 3am.So just imagine how garfield would be confused of my time schedule for work.He changes his body clock as well...hahaha.He does meow near my ear and starts to rub his face at my shoulder to wake me up.So having a pet is beneficial as well. How could you hate such precious cats. ;p

Cats are notorious for behaving this way. LOL They absolutely love to be right in the middle of everything their human does. Mine does that as well. Across the computer keyboard arg! Sleeps on the important papers I am supposed to fax today.... You get the idea. But! I do love my kitty babies.

All my cats (i have 3) act like they are my children instead of cats, but only one tryes to "help" with things and ends up pestering me instead. That's my cat Pookie, she tryes to move things when I am cleaning and takes things and hides them on me too, or when I'm trying to fold my clean laundry she comes and flops ontop of them. She sheds alot, and she is a big white cat, and I mainly wear alot of dark clothes, so you can imagine what happens to my clothes when she flops down ontop of them. But she's so adorable its hard to get mad at her, even tho I usually have to end up re-washing the clthes just to get the fur out of my clothes lol.

Hello Sisterjinx, Yes I have a tom who does things like that. One morning I went brush my teeth, took the top of the toothpaste tube and it fell onthe floor I couldn't find it so I left it, I came down staires to make a coffee, I looked down and there was Tom with the top in his mouth. I thankn him and cuddled him. He did look so please with himself. Have fun. Tamarafireheart.
