Prepaid mastercard from payoneer.com HELP?

I have applied for payoneer.com mastercard. But i haven't received it yet. My problem is that, i live in Nepal, south asian country. I wanted to load that mastercard with the money earned online. But while withdrawing the cash in foreign or local currency.. how much i'll have to pay them? how much amount will be taken from me to withdraw or to convert cash?
