What do you do when you get "Page Cannot be displayed"

If it tell me that Page Cannot be displayed i will just shut down my pc then sit back and relax watching Tv.

If ever i got page can no t be displayed. All I do is to refresh it. If the same thing happened again. It is the servsr itself. Maybe it was just down and need time a little patience. It alway the case of any internet. I may sat cable problem.
