Prayer, had it ever come true?

oh yes, many prayers have come true for me, sometimes they take a long time though.

Sometimes our prayers come true but not as we wanted them to. God knows what we need much better than we do and He won't answer prayers in just the way we want sometimes. An old man once told me that he always prays that he'll fulfill God's wishes for his life and as a result he had been very happy. I wish I had the will power to do that! Mostly though, I pray for my children who have their whole lives ahead of them, while mine is winding down. I hope your prayers come true in the way that most benefits you and those you love!

Yes i have prayed many times and it came true..I have also prayed and it does not happen..I think we sometimes expect to much when we pray,we do not wait on God to work it out...I have also prayed for things and later i was glad God did not answer..I feel that God knows what we need and what we don't need and he answers or prayers according to his will for us...I have also prayed for things that i did not need,and i realized later it was a selfish prayer..Sometimes God has answered prayer but not when i wanted it,later when i thought back on it i realized that after i learned what i needed to learn then it all worked out,but not always the way i expected it to...We see things through earthy eayes but God sees them through his eyes..When i pray i just ask for God to work it out his way,the best way and then i just stand on faith ...Its always worked for me...
