The conflict in the Middle East is as old as the oldest man on earth. It is a conflict that i do not see the end of it. Anybody who lives in that area want to have a life free of violent and full of harmony but at the same time know deep inside that it is as impossible as getting God come down to one's request. It looks as if it does not mater who is running the show it always end with the cost of it, and when you calculate the profits some are making from having the Middle East in an unrest situation then one has to admit that it is more profitable when the region is in turmoil. It is similar to the energy situation. We can get a substitute energy but the big energy companies do not like it or wish it and they are the real people that control this planet. Is it not?

I think of the troops that actually agree to killing so many innocent people heartlessly stop participating in the war and resign from that stupidity, the higherups won't have any 'bots' to kill ppl and profit from it anymore. As simple as that, the power of unity is much greater than a single dictator

I agree with you. Now ask yourself, where does Israel gets it's military equipment? Where do the Palestinians get their support? The conflict is part of a greater conflict between more powerful nations. They get smaller countries to do their work and support them indirectly, or sometimes directly. Peace is easy to get, but this is not what we're lead to believe, and we accept it that way without trying it out properly. My country had peace after 1994, South Africa, through the collective work of many and a man, Nelson Mandela, willing to break the violent cycle because he realised that it was possible to change the course of a nation at war with itself. Unfortunately, we have forgotten this, and South Africa is sinking back into a mess. We have let ourselves down with our laziness. We need another great person to show us that life can be better for all, if we trully want it. We each have a role to play.
