do you get angry if a guard will call out your attention because you violate something from the rules that was implemented by the company or whatever then you are the BOSS are you going to terminate him? we Know that without them our business will not be success as well and being on that job is not easy because they cant sleep at night because that is their job to awake atnight to watch , to do their duties.
