The minimum payout amount changed today. Now I have a question

It was just $2 yesterday then all of a sudden wham, no explanation. I went to the news to see if announced. Nothing, so I read the TOS again. Consider me stupid so can someone explain to me the TOS below. I want to make sure I understand this THANKS 
You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 7 non-business days (Premium) & 30 non-business days (Standard). You must accumulate at least $10 before payment will be issued (1 Month Promotional period excludes the $10 minimum to cashout, you may cashout once you reach $2).

With a TOS like that one it is already a scam in my opiniom.
They either disappear or be shamed into disappearing.
Just let me get my cash.....

30-60 NON-business days = ONLY SUNDAYS!
Might be saturdays too but that is still a heck of a long time!
Looks like we won't get paid 'even in a month of Sundays'

firstly PLEASE tell me i am not on this site too as it will take a lifetime to get paid from what I read there:

How many NON-BUSINESS DAYS are there in a month? 
From how i read it if you are a standard member you will have to wait about 7 MONTHS to get paid
Am I seeing double?

i requested on 26th june.
This is what I read there on the forum now:
Everyone that has requested payouts up to June 28th, 2008 will have priority over all other payouts standard or premium.
So let's see when/if my payment arrives after which i shall ask something about that new TOS.
I woild get banned if I ask now
But I am already a poster on their forum so let's see what happens next.

I appreciate you all helping me clear this up with your posts. It has been very entertaining and educational. I dont feel so bad now asking about the TOS. Sometimes I just cant figure them out.

I'm not sure what program you are referring to but that means that new members can cash out at $2 for the first month which is a promotional period. Then you will have to wait until $10 to cash out thereafter. What program is this? It is always a good thing to read the TOS agreements throughly because some of them do change regulations often. You, as a member have to stay on top of the changes. Good luck with your program.

Your comment is very clear, thanks. To put $2 payouts on banners is misleading! Thats another issue, changing TOS like underwear and they never benefit the members. Thanks again for explaining this to me.

It's a pet-peeve of mine as well. I really wish that sites would realize that the only way to make money is stick with what you originally agreed to. That is not good biz. to change things once you are in the program. I believe that is called "bait-and-switch"?

Actually in general, you might want to check the news section or the forum. Normally new things updates there faster than in the TOS or the FAQ!

are you talking about my lot, if so then it is $10 for the payment. I hope they might had initially but now it has been changed. Anyway hope you have got the payment you were looking for.

I think it means that you are to request payment yourself through their system, and you will be paid in 7 calendar days if you are a premium member, and 30 calendar days if you are a standard member. You have to have accumulated $10 before you request payout, unless you are requesting payout during the 1 month promotion, which means that you only have to have accumulated $2. I guess yesterday was the last day of your promotional period, which means you now have to wait until you accumulate $10.

With all this craziness going, no way am I doing any premium memberships! Cant risk all my hard earned money going down the drain. I dont think I am even renewing my premium status at clixsense.
