its different for every person. some people are just more discussion starters and some are more discussion responders. me personally i am more of a discussion starter. i like to see more what people have to say about what i am asking and not so much helping otther ssee...dont ge me wrong i still respond to discussions just if you compared the two the starting discussions would outweigh the responding. so what kind of mylotter are you

I am more of a responder. maybe because i have a lot of opinions and would like very much to share them to whoever would listen

i like to respond more, i have a lot to say and i like giving my opinions to help others.the only time i start a discussion is if i have something that i need advice on. i dont like just making up topics.

Starting discussions is not a strong point for me. I have not gotten many responses from doing that. The most that I have gotten is 9 and the one that I started the other day only go 4 comments. I guess my discussions are boring. But I comment to discussions more that start them. There are those here that have a knack for starting discussions and that is not me. Comments are better for me that starting them. From time to time I will start one just to see how may comments it gets. But mainly I comment to discussions.

This all depends on my mood. Some days I have a lot of things on my mind or questions to ask others, so I tend to start more discussions those days. Other times I don't really have much to say but see some interesting conversations I'd like to provide my input for. Still other times I don't have much to say at all and really don't have any comments for any discussions I see, so I sometimes hardly participate on some days as well. Then there are rare occasions when I have lots of extra time and have lots of things to share, both with my own questions and discussions as well as other discussions I comment on.
