Hello You should also purchase a back brace this really works, I have been out for a while, I know when I go back my back is going to feel it, I will make sure I have a brace this will help me/you alot. Thank you.

Your employer should provide equipment to keep your bending to a minimum. Where I work, we raise the level of the beds and use hoists. Try to bend your knees rather than your back. I find that applying a warmed wheatpack helps or, if you have someone to massage the affected area there are pain relieving gels available.
