Pipe Cleaners for Crafting?

Something just popped into my head that I had not thought of for decades the other day. I remembered how much fun we used to have back in grade school doing crafts. One of my favorite things to use was pipe cleaners. They came in an array of colors and the uses were only limited to the imagination. We made tiny stick figures and animal shapes. Have you ever used pipe cleaners while crafting? Do you have any other great uses for them?

Oh yes - in fact Niamh still uses them a lot! She has made many things with them , in fact she is going through a phase where she makes bracelets with them , she threads little seguin things over the pipe cleaner to jazz the bracelets up! She made some only a couple of hours ago and she really wants to sell some to make money for charity! xxxx

Yes actually I remember doing those things too! ANd they were so much fun! It's been a long time since I have used them. We did make some christmas decorations out of them a few years back...and I'll have to remember to dig them out around christmas time and do some with my granddaughter.
