I was 18 years old when I got my driver's license. I had my permit since I was 16 and had been practicing driving a Ford Fairlane. LOL! Then I used my mom's Neon to take the test! Boy was that a big difference! I amazingly passed the test!

Yes, everyone can drive everything if they want to. Even a plane :P So, good luck to you. Hope you can get your license as soon as possible. It's sometime enjoyable to drive only by yourself.

The basics are the same, nothing differs.. if you learn to apply the basics..then certainly it is not a problem at all. Best of luck for your efforts, and i hope that you will also get the license soon. Have a good time.

The first time I got my driver license, I was 16 years old. And then I moved to US and apply for US driving license. At that time, I was 18 years old. That is my first US driving license. I learned how to drive using compact sedan, it was easier because it has a small size. I think small truck would be fine for learning.

a guy i was dating taught me how to drive. but i didnt actually get my license until about 2 years later. i was 21. i used my friends car she had a small little 2 door coupe. i dont know how the test is where you live, it might be different. i live in houston, texas and my friend lived in lake charles, louisiana. she said she didnt have to parallel park during her test, but i did during mines. so you might just want to be prepared for everything.
