do you speak out loud when alone

i do.i say what i'm doing or voice my ideas and i sometimes read in an undertone to help understand and remember the information.it's like my brain is "open"for sound.when i practise my oral english.i speak loud to myself.

I do it all the time. I have two cats that I speak to for their opinion,LOL. I have made many decisions by speaking out loud. I find it's perfectly acceptable.

Yes especially when I rant about some people. It's just my outlet of my bad energies towards those people.

speak loudly is a good way to practise oral english...but i seldom do that ...maybe beacuse i study in a crowed school...i dont want to break the atmosphere,maybe i am shy....lol but i think speak to loudly is good for you to reduced pressure that you have ,i did it on the top of the mountain...it is very invigorating lol

Lots of people do that. Repeating information to yourself helps you remember and analyze it. Just don't start arguing with yourself and you will be ok.
