massage

            Last night,my colleague and i went a pediluvium centre.
Of course, we had a good time.
Their massage skill is very well.
After he kneaded my muscles, i felt very comfortable.
I find an another good way for relaxing!

                    heard from the master while i do feet kneading : the strength you can endure shows the character you belongs to while doing feet kneading .
1. strong strength is hard playing in your life ,very serious require yourself and have good self-control.
2. middle strength ,easy going kind ,less require for self .
3. slight strength ,nice ,but not hard for self ,sometimes escape onece encounter hardness .

                    I like massage too.
It's a great way to free yourself. My friends and I like to go there after a hard day. especially after we play football for a few hours. Not only the feet, but also everywhere of your body should be treated. It makes you sleepy and after one or two hours, the stresses are all gone, and you are a new man now.

                            of course, I can feel it too. especailly when she presses the very bottom of your feet. She uses her knuckles. really so impressive, lol
what you can do is to bear the pain at the moment, and soon later, you'll feel comfortable later.
I'm very sure you'll get used to it quickly.

                    They can be very relaxing and are a good way to get rid of stress and tension.
