Ive researched a little and cant really find the information I need so I figure maybe someone on here can help. How do you apply for low income housing in florida?

i am in China ,not in Florida,but i do think low income make me feel not well,today i have about 100yuan,and my income will be paid at july 10,i don't know how to live in the coming 10 days,it's a joke,but not funny.My god!
