stay up late,get up late and eat less!

I always spend my weekend like that,stay up late by watching Telivison or DVD,I always go to bed after 12 O'clock in the evening at the weekend.so,I cann't get up ealier in the morning the next day.Sometimes i just get up to eat my lunch,and i always eat less in weekend than normal days. that will be unhealthy,I think. do you often spend you weekend like that? how can I deal with that bad habit?

Hi dear i agree with u, i end up going to bed late after 12, some times by 2 of night, but bad thing, i cant stay late in bed so i wake up by 7 am pr 8 am in morning, and i ate all junk food on sundays like heavy break fasts, chips, fried goods etc

Hmmmm well, waking up at morning is some thing in build in my body, its alarm and wake me up by junk food i mean differnt food made at home and i dont like apple too much and other thing thyey are too exspensive as well Take care

wow,i will feel tired if go to bed late and get up early.and i think we should less junk food,after all,they do harm to our health,you can eat an apple when you want junk food,that will be good for your health.

nope...i have a normal and healthy life..i normally sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am...i think you can try to adjust your time like now you sleep at 12pm then next week try to sleep 1 hour earlier and keep doing this and let it become your habit...hope you can overcome your bad habit earlier...have a nice day...

my daughters too are like that..and im always reminding them to eat atleast 3 times a day but to no avail..i dont know how can i persuade them to..or even deal with it..

yes,I think I have the same problem as your daughters do.and i always eat 2 times a day at the weekend,I don't know how to deal with that.hope someone can give us good suggestions!

hello,summerrain: my cousin is a bit like you,she seldon gets up early,sometimes she even gets up at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. i think it's not good for your stomach,and is easier to get fat. I jog at the weekend and play cards with my friends,i think spend weekend with friends is the best way! If my friend calls me in the morining,or may probably want to do something with me,i have to get up early! (lol)wish you have a nice weekend.

yes,i think you are right.get up late and eat less meal will do harm to our stomach,and it's easier to get fat.thanks for your suggestion,maybe i should make a plan to carry on the weekend,then I will be forced to go to bed early and wake up early.hope you healthy!

haha...The same to you.But i always have lunch full of my stomach. In my opinion, during Monday to Friday, we keep the time(stay up and get up)... I really do not want to spend my weekend as Monday to Friday....I am assuming that the present situation is go to continue. ^_^

Wake up early on the weekend, it will put a whole new perspective on your life. You will have quite a bit of free time on your hands. I don't think it is unhealthy, as long as you don't do it to much. Long tearm effects might simply be thet you are tired more often during the day.
