I don't think there is an importance either to enlarging body parts. However, to others it helps build their confidence. Some believe that it gives them beauty. Not everyone realizes that beauty is more than the outside look of a person. Everyone has different reason for wanting to enlarge a part of their body. Such reasons are: to get a date, to feel better about themselves, to be able to fit inside some clothes, to get attention, because some guy says he wants them bigger or just because they like things to be bigger. Personally, I would never enlarge any part of my body. They should love me just the way I am and if they don't, oh well, that's their problem.
