Hi mayonaka, ever since I was young I started and loves to cook until now, I'm 21. Anyways, I suggest that if you want to learn how to cook, make sure the food you're trying to make/cook has complete ingredients. There are lots of recipe sites to visit or just type the name of your recipe that you like to cook. Do the instructions step by step. It would be great for beginners like you if there's a photo beside the intruction so that you can easily understand it. Speaking of Leche Flan, it's very easy to cook. Make sure if you're planning to make one, you have steamer on you home. Love Leche Flan! It's really delicious for dessert.

hi there...im happy that you're willing to learn cooking and the most that it's about fiestas special foods......just like you wanted to learn leche flan..... bUT let me suggest to you a very simple way to learn on it..iS have research it's steps and procedures and watch videos on how to prepare and the actual cooking on it if possible if there's any available videos....then let someone have demonstrate it to you...which you have really seen it in actual....OK...!!i'll bet this way you can learn to the least possible you can ..if you're really willing to know it...and before that I CONGRATULATE you in advance...?? @jam@ ~live life~ keep it simple -.-
