STEVIA, better alternative for sugar?

So I've been conscious with what I eat lately. I try to avoid sugar, but it's just so hard since every food has sugar in it. So I heard this "stevia" and it said to be a better alternative for sugar. So I'm not really familiar with this, I don't even know if we have this at my country. Probably if my country has, it would be expensive. I'd like to know more about stevia, and where can I get this, and like how much it cost? Thanks! =D

hi smooch stevia are the green leaves from a plant which is extensively grown in india . yes its leaves are use as sweeteners. it has no sugar contents . so it is found extensive use among sugar patients (diabetics). if you wish you can import from india. it is available mixed with tea leaves too.
