Kill your anger with food?

The discussion about cleaning when angry got me thinking. Because I deal with my anger by eating. Mostly junk food but sometimes something healthy. I don't think it matters to me what kind of food, as long as I'm eating. And it does help me with anger. It takes the anger away... And I'm wondering, are any of you dealing with hunger the same way? Do you eat when you're angry? Does it take the anger away completely?

Well eating may also be a resort to anger because it keeps your mind out of the anger thing. generally you think of the food instead of what makes you angry. what I usually do is grab a six pocket and some chewables find myself a lonely spot and rethink everything. :D

You're probably right. Thinking about food is more pleasant anyway :P Thanks for responding :)

Eating when you are angry? I suppose it could be worse! When I was a teen I used to punch things and yell alot. I ran full boar into a cinderblock wall one time just because I was so upset. Least to say the wall won. When I get angry now I have to leave the area. I actually walked 6 miles the other day just because I had a lot to think about. It helps me to move and to think. Good exercise too!

LOL, maybe I should switch... Though my poor legs might not survive that much walking... Hmm, maybe it would be possible to mix that anger management styles :)
