"11 Best Health foods" by NY Times

The NY Times posted an article, stating the 11 Best Foods for us. After reading their list, I started to doubt that I actually had a healthy diet. How many of these foods do you eat regularly? Does it seem to you that these foods may be difficult to incorporate into a regular everyday diet like it does to me? And I really am wondering if these really are the best foods out there for us, or if these are just the "it" foods for today. Do you regularly eat these? beets cabbage cinnamon sardines pomegrante juice swiss chard pumpkin seeds turmeric canned pumpkin frozen blueberries dried plums i admit, i havent even tried several of these, including swiss chard and dried plums.
