How to encash my clixsense paycheck?

Hi everyone. I know a lot of people here is working for clixsense. I just recieved my paycheck this morning. But i dont know how to encash it. i send a ticket to the Clixsense Support Team and they said that just encash to your local bank. Anyway im from philippines, the bank teller said that i need to open a dollar account just to deposit the amount ive earned on my check. Is there any easier way to encash my earnings? i do a lot of hard work on clixsense i have 308 referrals but im not a premium member. Please help. Sorry for the grammar.
