Walking in sleep!

I have never seen, but heard my friends say that some people used to walk while in sleep and that type of people should be taken proper care of by their family members! What is the main reason for this? Have you seen such people or heard about?

I've only seen footage of people sleep walking. Luckily, I don't don't have to live with anyone who has it. It can be very dangerous and sometimes a sleepwalker needs supervision. I've heard cases where the person drove a car, operated heavy machinery, and ate a whole meal while sleeping. I'm not sure what causes it, but I've heard that a lot of sleeping pills are triggering these occurrences.

My son does this things at night. I was observed that he is walking while sleeping when he played game after 6 PM outside of our home. People walking in sleep could not understand what you are saying because they are not in their wit. I usually guide him to go to back to his bed, sometimes offer some water. Other say it is hereditary.

I heard about people sleepwalking. Fortunately I'm not one of them. I don't know what I would do if I ever walked in my sleep. That kind of lack of control over my own body is quite scary actually. I dont know how people deal with that...

My friend knew someone who sleep-ironed. No, really. They'd wake up in a morning and all their laundry would be ironed. Can't think of a better time to do it, really ;)
