Introducing Cuddles.

Hi everyone, Some of you will remember that I had to get my pet cat, Rusty put down back in April. It was very difficult as I'd had him for thirteen years and he was a very special member of the family. As I said back then I just couldn't watch him suffer and I had been taking him to the Vet, who finally had to admit that he could do no more. Well, now I have a new cat, who is almost one year old, her name is Cuddles. As all kittens are, she is very playful, and likes to chase things around the floor. We still have an older cat that we were "sitting" for a friend, and who will probably remain with us now. Cuddles likes to sit beside me when I'm using the computer, and sleep on my bed at night. I'm hoping to keep him inside, although the older cat, Townsend, is an outdoor cat. Someday I may post a picture. So all you cat lovers out there please welcome Cuddles to the myLot cat family. Oh Pose I am so excited for you! Of course no one could ever replace Rusty in your heart, but a new baby will help ease the heartache.
There is nothing like having a bean-headed baby ramming all over the house. Kittens bring a kind of joy I cant even describe. I often want to adopt a kitten but I have two full grown cats in the house and three might be a bit much (since I am technicaly a renter).
Tell Cuddles that Tobi and Sashi from the states sends loving nuzzles her way! I am so glad that fate found her way to your home... there could be no better place for her to end up!

Hi Tee, Cuddles and I both thank you for your comments, and cuddles is pleased to hear about Tobi and Sashi. I'm sure they have a good home as well. Having a kitten around can really make a difference, it seems she is just excited to be alive. Of course she can't understand why I want to sleep after sunrise! lol. Rusty was the same as a kitten, but I'd almost forgotten. I have a large framed picture of Rusty, in what I call his "Meditation pose", hanging in the hallway, so he won't be forgotten, but now it's Cuddles turn to know that she too is a very special soul. Tell Cuddles that his friends snowy and Fluffdaddy say Hi. That is a really cute name. I am thinking about possibly getting a kitten if I do I am going to call him/her Jazzy.

It is always nice to welcome someone like cuddles into the MyLot cat family. So welcome cuddles. My cat Butterball would like to have a new friend here like you and many of the other cat's here as well. Go and start makeing some great poses for we would love to see you. Have a great day take care.

Cuddles is such a wonderful name for a cat. I have a cat named Cuddles too. She is a white Turkish Angora so she is very fluffy and soft. When she was a young kitten she used to cuddle in the small nook of my stomach when I would sleep, so thats why I called her Cuddles.

It's always sad to see a pet go. Our dog Penny did 8 years ago, after living 16 years. It was hard to see her go, as we'd had her since I was only a couple o years old. I am glad you were able to get a new cat. She'll never replace Rusty, but she'll be well loved.

Hi Pose123! Oh that is a very cute name for a cat--Cuddles! I do think your new cat is cute and cuddly, maybe that is why you named her Cuddly, am I right? haha.. I will be looking forward to see Cuddles' photo soon.

It is good to hear that you finally were ready to get another cat . I am sorry about your pet , losing a pet at any age is hard . When I lost my Beanie boy cat I never thought I would get another cat , or a black one like him . Right now I actually have 
It is funny how life works out sometimes . I still do miss him , and the new wont will never replace him , but they are memebers of the fam and each unique in their own way . May you have many great , happy years with cuddles . Aww, that is such a cute name too .
