Heaven

my belief is generally a confused concoction of many thoughts. I believe in reincarnation as per most oriental beliefs. I believe in the soul, Karma and its consequences and I believe in monotheism, though God to me is not confined to any picture or statue or symbol. BUT I don’t believe in the concept of heaven and hell simply because to me, each one of us create our own heaven and hell right here on this earth. Heaven to me is a place of complete peace, tranquillity and contention. It can be right here on this earth and I don’t have to die to experience it. This belief of mine came during my very brief visit to some ranges in the Himalayas. I cant explain the beauty, tranquillity and purity of the place, Pose. It was as if I had found everything and needed nothing else. I could as well reside in a cave (though I would have to acclimatise myself to the extreme cold, first) and go on meditating and connecting to my soul. It was such an exhilarating experience…it was heaven to me. I have plans to go there after 50 and see if I can settle down somewhere there (but its quite difficult being a woman here). Now hell to me is of course my own making…most of us are burning in our own hell somehow or the other, aren’t we?

it is a real physical place, it is the size of our whole universe, do you know how much land will be given to a person in heaven? a person will have as large as the whole earth , just for a single person, there is a tree in heaven, it is very tall, if a horseman rides a horse for 100 years the shadow of that tree wont finish , that much tall... there are lakes of sweet water, milk, and anything you want.....

I don't believe in heaven as being a place where we get a halo and wings. We won't become angels. They are separate from us and we cannot become one. I think it will be either here on earth or a new earth.

Hello I think heaven is far up in the blue sky with the softest white clouds, higher than any bird or plane could fly . I think heaven is where you find peace and suffer from pain no more . Heaven is a place where you are surrounded by all of your loved ones . Heaven is what ever we want it to be . For me I will have that ocean with many waterfalls , and at night there will always be a full moon with so many stars

i believe that heaven is in us by which i mean every living thing. I suppose it is hard to understand what it means, but i believe that people can see heaven within themselves when they truly understand themselves and the ways of the world. Heaven is something like a persons life. If u lead a life of evil and bad things, the mind would go past a stage of fear, guilt and anger to a total stage of insanity/indifference which i believe to be hell. Imagine how a persons life would be if he were totally cold hearted without feelings. I would think of him to be a lonely person living yet not living. But a person who lives out the good life, loving and taking care of people, then they themselves would feel that they're in heaven. So basically a persons life shows whether or not theyre in heaven or hell.

i am a christian and i believe that there is a heaven and hell and that if you live your life for the lord jesus christ then heaven will be your home but toher wise hell is you home but too me heaven a place that people who lives right and holy for the lord jesus christ go

Hi, I believe the Holy Scriptures teaches that Heaven is a real place. Where or what it exactly is will only be answered when we die(Assuming we have excepted Jesus as our Saviour). However, there is a awesome discription of Heaven in the final book of the Holy Scriptures, Revelations. It is where God the Father and Jesus His only Son dwell. If I understand Scripture correctly, we will be in Heaven only a short time before coming back to the Recreated Earth and help rule with God and His Son Jesus. I believe the idea of going to Heaven for eternity is invalid, Christians will only be going there for a little while and then we return to the earth with Christ. Leofa
