A radio Show I listen to occasionally has a couple of funny,irreverent presenters on an afternoon slot..They sent an Attractive Lady out on the streets of Dublin,and had Her approach a random Guy on the street and strike up a conversation with him about modelling,blah about how He was just what Her Agency was looking for,yadda yadda..the conversation was being relayed live to the listeners and the Presenters in the studio,the guys making suggestions what to say to the "Victim"..at the end of the conversation,She gave the Guy a Business card..he took it,went on his way (She was commenting all the Guy's actions as He walked off.) He got a bit down the street,and She reported He'd stopped to read the card that was still in his hand..What was on the Card?....."Ugly Models,Inc."!
Would You have Laughed at being set up,or gotten mad at being insulted?!

I'm very sorry to respond so late. In fact I was on vacation and could not find time to respond earlier.
I'd rather find it funny,if something like this ever happened tome. I feel, it would be interesting by being approached by some unknown but good looking person for such proposal,only thing is I should have enough time to talk to her. Otherwise I'd simply ignore her or decline her offer outrightly and go my way.
However, one thing is sure, I normally never take such offers seriously.

Is there such a thing as "Late" on a Mylot discussion? I've seen comments and responses on discussions over a Year after it was posted!

Thats a great set up!!
I think I would laugh as I don't get offended easily so I would like to think I'd take it all in mys stride. I guess I might think 'OMG am I ugly?' but I think when they do these kind of stunts they wouldn't go out of theri way to pick a ugly person as they would know it might upset them but maybe somebody just normal or even very attractive as they are the type who usually get told they are gorgeous anyway so know it would be a joke! Hopefully anyway!! lol x

As I remember the show,It sounded like She was being very flattering to the guy,and he seemed a bit tongue tied,like he was unable to believe his "Luck",with This attractive Woman out of the blue stopping him in the street and giving him the Blarney about "Have you ever considered Modelling"?!

i would probably be insulted but laugh. and then assume it was some prank. but i know quite a few people who would take it to heart. i think its kind of cruel.
