Why is vanilla ice cream white when vanilla extract is brown?

i dont understand how vanilla ice cream is made to be white?

The vanilla bean is a dark color, but I since it is only the flavoring of the bean that is used or sometimes small bits of it, it isn't enough to change the color. The other main ingredient is cream, which is white. Most other ice cream that is a different color is because of other things that are added, and not just natural ingredients, but artificial colors, etc.

Because the world is obsessed with making things while. Bread/ flower is bleached. Rice is really brown. Michael Jackson was too.... soooo long ago.
