Hey bottan Papaya is no doubt a good fruit for health. It is full of vitamin . Those who are having indigestion and constipacy problem papaya is good for them to improve the digestive system and constipacy. I have also heard from a beautician that paste of papaya can be used for facial and skin beauty. If some one is having jaundice boiled papaya is very good to cure jaundice. yes papaya is really so good to our health. i love the taste of papaya. it is known to be the remedy for constipation. but papaya now is quite expensive so i don't buy it any more. i just buy if it is in season.
