good luck with your jewelry business. When you get a site, send me a link. I would love to see your work. I made jewelry as gifts and sold a little at local craft fairs, but never went big scale with any of the items I made.

That actually sounds like fun!! But take heed..make sure you are able to operate a home business in your nieghborhood zone..and getr yourself a business licence.

My brother and his wife are making shortbread cookies. They have a great recipe. I am going to talk to him about the particulars of licensing, etc.

Hubby is actually laughing about the entire idea of owning a business other than landscaping. Sorry dear, but I am not into manual labor!
I am fiddling around with some candy recipes. I may start selling them locally, and if it pans out I will set my sites on a bigger market.

Hi, read your comment and sorry to hear about the loss of job. My job is not safe, no jobs are safe today. I started to look after myself and work for myself and gosh, I finally found something that suits me. I am in the Wellness Industry as I noticed a lot of changes around, like the schools changing diets in cafetarias, MadDonald's now coming up with healthier meals, and now KFC to name a few.
