i dont know why my friends want me to quit smoking?

people that i know says that i dont look good while smoking the fact that im enjoying it, i cant seem to understand whats their point... i know that it is bad to ones health but i take it moderately and they dont understand that... are they concern or what... did u encounter such event hmmm... i dont know what to do maybe i'll refrain from smoking everythime i'm with them... can you help me, what should i do?

I think it would be because they care about you, we are bombarded with the affects of smoking and I find in particular when people see hoe much more difficult it is for people who smoke when it comes to the time one needs an operation or such that people really start caring more about the people they care about.
