Just think,our tax dollars pay for them going thru the steps to make and pass a law.Now I understand the meaning of this law,but it is strange.In Virginia it is noe illegal to French Kiss anyone under the age of 13.

I know but most of the strange laws were ones made years ago and were never errased.I was so surprised to see that law at this day and age.

It is kinda crazy that it had to be made a law, I agree, but I guess they have to do something with all the child molestation that is going on now. Are you from VA and what part if you dont mind me asking?? Have a good day !
