Would you improve your body anyway you can to look youthful and beautiful? I was in a public transport yesterday and overheard a conversation between two teenagers on cosmetic surgery and one of the girls was recommending her other friend on some double eyelid procedure. She was proudly showing hers and convincing her friend to get it done too. She must have got them done earlier. Woooow....I was thinking to myself - such nice looking girls and at that young age they were already planning to have some cosmetic surgery and one even got it done already!! It must be costly about a few hundreds at least and where did the money come from!!! As we get older, they will be lots of changes in our body no doubt. So would you be able to accept the changes and grow old gracefully or opt for some cosmetic surgery to further improve your body? Thank you for sharing.

It's the norm now for almost anybody to go under the knife, just to look good.. haha.. For me, i believe in keeping myself good and keep myself in shape the natural way, which is thru good diet and lotsa of exercises.. hehe ^_^ Because exercises and diet can last and it's free, while comestic surgery, is expensive yet not lasting.. It's a waste of money.. They can have a pretty face, but with a bad health system ^_^

It is sort of patches here and there, temporary satisfaction and delaying the acceptance of agingNothing can really beat a good exercise routine and healthy food for sure. Cheers and happy posting!

Hi Desierra! At my age i'm already seeing changes in my body, some i dont like, but i'm not overly concerned. I'm not totally against cosmetic surgery, it's just not something i would do to put of aging. I intend to embrace my aging body, and relish the fact that i'm still here. I intend to age as gracefully as i possibly can, after all i've lived with this body some 40 odd years and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

That's a good thing and you should feel proud of yourself as you have taken care of your body so well. Aging is just a matter in the mind Cheers and have a good day!

I think it's very sad that some people can't see the beauty of age. It's nothing to do with having perfect skin or an ideal figure, our faces and our bodies change according to how we live our lives. I'm happy to know that my body and my skin show I have had an active outdoor life and I have never tried to altar my natural appearance. I never was beautiful but I did used to have lovely soft smooth skin and now I don't. I don't mind having wrinkles and I think older faces can be beautiful in their own way. True beauty cannot bought. It has to come from within.

Yes, that's true some people are just not happy with how they look or have. They get so obsess with the ideal beauty from the media and celebrities. And lost their own identity and unique beauty that was there all along and they were too blinded to see it. It's great that you are happy and feel so content with yourself, that's the real and true beauty that everyone should have. Cheers and have a good day!

I think having everything the way it is, is the best thing. Being all natural and no artificial beautification. God gave us this body, it is a blessing. We should take care of it and not actually tamper or change it. When I get older, I'll embrace the changes. Oh come changes, give me a hug!!!!

Cosmetic surgery, I don't think so. But anti-wrinkle, anti-aging creams and gels, I'd try. Other than that, maybe exert a bit more effort and do some exercises to take care of the aging body! And then hope to age gracefully!

A healthy and graceful way indeed, exercise and accept whatever that is already expected to happen. That will be fair to our body then using it like a guinea pig and suffer the pain for the sake of beauty. Cheers and happy posting!
