Puppy started vomiting?

My 3 month old lab started vomiting Sunday morning about 4AM. He threw up 2 times yesterday and about 1AM this morning. It looks like food, but it had been 6 hours since he had eaten. He has all of his shots up to date. Has anyone ever seen this. Should I just take him to the vet? I am not sure what is going on.

Well just to update even more. The Dr. just called and said that he is great he had 2 more enemas and they re-xrayed him and all the rocks and wire are gone. So i can pick him up when i get off work.

I would go to the vet. He may have eaten something that is blocking his intestinal tract so the food can't pass through. (Has he pooped recently? that's another sign if he hasn't). The vet will probably do an x-ray to see if something is stuck.
Young Labs are notorious for eating all sorts of stuff, you have to really watch them.

Yes, he popped yesterday, but it seemed that it was hanging invisible while another was coming out. it just would not drop. I looked at it but could not see anything.

i would just take him to the vet. it is possible that he maybe got into something that is making him sick. better safe than sorry. i can't really think of anything that would make him throw up like that. i would get him checked out as soon as you can.
