I went and had blood work done a week and half ago and I found out today that everything is fine but my GOOD cholesterol level is way too low. They said my bad cholesterol is great but that i need to bring up my good cholesterol.
Anyone else have this problem? how do I make my good cholesterol levels higher?
I rarely eat grassy foods and i can't remember the last time i had fast food. I already eat a lot of whole grains, fruits and all that good junk that i should be eating and i get plenty of exercise so I don't get how my good cholesterol can be so low!
i'm really confused and have no idea what to do.

I have the same problem, my good cholesterol is way too low, my bad cholesterol is normal but my triglycerides are way too high. Really dangerously high it's due to some of the meds he had me on that caused it to elevate. Now I am trying to get it down.

I am doing nothing since the meds to lower the triglycerides are not letting my good cholesterol go up. I am so disgusted with this whole cholesterol thing. I wish he could get this all under control.
