Correlation between selective stretching, blood circulation and good immune syst

If there are medical experts out there, please let me know if I am wrong. I believe that lack of physical exertion in modern-day job functions is a leading cause of disease. Physical comfort together with mental and emotional stress seems to be the leading "slow silent killer". Perhaps the best compensation for low-physical activity is selectively stretching arms, legs, neck and core abdominal area when time permits. Perhaps the best basis will be the numbness or pain caused by poor blood circulation. Once the blood circulation degrades in a localized area, it seems to regress further. This seems to further result in a failure of the immune system to heal the localized area leading to all sorts of damage from numbness, infection, inflammation and even the dreaded "C"! I suggest that we do not sleep in a same comfortable bed all the time. I believe that the variety in pressure "maps" caused by the weight of body in sleeping position can alter blood flow enough to promote wellness. I have seen technics of reducing the softness of beds for better results. Mark Twain said it like: "Eat what you don't like to eat, drink what you don't like to drink, go where you'd rather not; do what you'd rather not do. Finally, perhaps the best way to stay healthy is to physically work like a laborer, lessen stress to avoid over-eating as a source of temporary comfort, drink lots of water (but not during eating) Again if I am mistaken, please let me know. Comments are most welcome.

I have read thousands of articles. From those that I have read about medical sciences, human illnesses reflects how we manage our diet, sleep pattern, and factors that the environment brought us. Healthy diet and good sleep pattern, get a short nap when tired, stretch out veins to prevent us suffering from stiffness of muscles. Good healthy diet, constant exercise and positive thinking counts. Do good, feel and look good, eat right, sleep well and be always positve. That makes a healthy person in and out.

thinking of things: good and happy I read about an article the reminds people about the physical effect of positive thoughts toward healthy body. It is interesting that when we are stressed about things, our body also shows sign of degraded performance. I guess that's why managers and executives are paid a lot more - they have to put up with a lot of psychological stress. Please tell us you views on this, anyone?
