Is any item makes you profit by purchase online shopping?

I saw one offer for getting good profit for purchasing 3 years substription of Reader Digest, I participated that scheme and got 3 gifts and my books too, still I am getting that substription pack.
So have benifitted any item in the same by purchase of online shopping? or any suprise gifts from online?

yeah you can save a lot online but you have to make sure and take into account that there will be shipping fees on sites a lot of the times which will make up the difference in price but you can get out of paying for tax if you buy online

yes we should look that all charges, But when I resgistered with that site, they sent me the books without any extra charges, Thank you for response.
