How do you rate a ptc where you can contact the owners for real, quick and easy?

On the forum of a site that I am using (not a ptc site)there are two guys that have started up a ptc. They are asking for ideas and comments, and tell us what is going on with the site etc. They are wellknown and well liked at the forum, and are very active there. I find this very reassuring, and I feel that it is good that you can reach them so easily, as well as easily being updated with news and what is going on, so I joined the site as soon as they started, and it seems really good! They are also going to give advantages later on to the first users, so I felt it was important to join early! What is your experience with ptc sites where you have been in contact with the owner, say through another forum etc? Do you feel that you can trust the site like that, do you take this into consideration when deciding about joining or not? I know there is one site where the user frequently uses myLot, have you joined that site because of this fact? Have you had the experience where you are in contact some way with the owner but they and the site still disappear? I would hate to see that happen! Please let me know your opinion! Oh, and of course, if you are interested in joining the site while it is in its early stages, PM me and I'll send you the link! (They do not have a banner yet!)

It is better to join good sites which have got proven records of decent activity and real paying attitudes and having a chance to contact with administers through some kind of forums.I have joined with some launching programs and they miserably vanished to nowhere.

It is very important that the owners or administrators of a site can be contacted easily. It is more important that they respond in a timely manner. Legitimate sites would notify users of any changes immediately and abide by the rules they state in their terms. It is not, however, a guarantee that they would be able to pay all the members. But the difference is, if they can't they will let members know about the situation and not just disappear.
