What is your biggest downfall when it comes to diet?

Well mine has to be alcohol, not that I'm a alcoholic but I do like a drink most weekends and when its nice in the garden, its so relaxing and lovely. However that is probably one of the reasons I can't loose weight very well! In the summer months I also love Mr Whippy ice cream, the one other thing I would hate to live without would be chips/french fries when they are decent ones they are yummy scrummy, a friend of mine loves chocolate and will eat 3 Mars bars or something in a row!!! So what is your biggest downfall? :-)

My biggest downfall is FOOD. Plain and simple. Also, lack of excercise.

I would say it is just going places and my hubby gets hungry and asks if we could get something to eat. usually fast food. I just like to snack a lot and I am learning now to calm myself. eating plain oatmeal and 15 calorie pack jello helps.. haha

Yeah fast food is great we were out yesterday and I was really hungry and my hubby said well what do you want and I said I'd wait till we got home even though I'd spotted a McDonalds over the road and he said ok then and that was it I had to wait when really I was hoping he would see it and say he would fet us a burger or something ha ha!

My downfall would have to be candy and cookies and cake and sweets, my husband also loves these things and he has no reason to be on a diet he is thin and in the military so they work him to the bone, so its hard when we have both of us who love the sweets way too much. I have learned to just limit myslef to one day a week! One day where I get to have 1 thing that I really love! And I think looking forward to that day is what keeps me going threw the week on my weight watchers plan!

Well done, your will power must be really good, a lot better than mine LOL, your are probably right and maybe thats what I should try just stick to one day a week where I can have something bad! Thanks for your response

My biggest diet downfall would have to be sweets in general. In summer it's ice cream, and in fall it fresh baked apple pies, winter brings decadant cookies and warm toasty beverages, then spring it's berry blended cakes. So as you see I am pitfalled all year long.

When it comes to diet, it's simply eating less. Sometimes, I am not even hungry but it's just some cravings i have. Just look at my picture. That was last summer...I was a little bit chubby. But when school starts again, i loose considerably alot of weight. Let's say that at the moment my stomach is flat and a huge meal can fill me up for the whole day..even for the next morning. I think it all started when I went to college till now. University requires alot of time so I don't even have time to brush my hair when I wake up. i must admit though that i love chinese fondue. I just can't live without it. But it's basically a soup base mix and you deep in veggies, beef and sea food. I know I can't get fat with that because it's all healthy stuff. :P

Hiya mychattime I simply love fried food. As long as it is crispy and not drenched in oil I could devoured the entire meal easily. My favourite fried food has to be chips and fried chicken. My next downfall is crisp especially walkers crisps. I never (or try not to) buy big bags of crisp because once it is opened as you can imagined - even though I have good intention to leave it for another day ........gobbled up. My children sadly takes after me. They too love their crispy fried food SO sometimes I do hide or eat it in their absence as I know too much fast food is bad for them. I

Ha ha I'm the same sometimes hiding from my hubby and son so I can have something really naughty like a bar of choc and don't have to tell them or get them anything!!!

I think that my biggest downfall would have to be cheese, I dont eat a lot of it but I will eat cheese on toast quite a bit. I have no excess weight at the moment but it does not take much for me to put it on! I eat choc, and will go through stages where I eat a lot of it, but at the moment I am eating apples instead, I find I like them a lot better!

Yeah I like apples but they have to be nice and crispy for me, I had on yesterday and it was perfect!

Chocolates! If you put a slice of chocolate cake in front of me, I will definitely gobble it up in a few seconds. Yeah, chocolates are sinfully fattening but then again, I would rather live in sin than deprive myself of life's pleasures! LOL

Hi There, Wieght has always been a concern for me. I lost over 90 pounds over the last year and stuck to a strict regimen of diet and fitness. The porblem is I have now put 10 of those pounds back on. I run about 40 miles a week and I am still gaining weight!!! It certainly has a lot to do with intake. I really need to stay away from pastries and cakes as that is my downfall. I love them and eat way to much of them. cheers,

my biggest downfall would be chocolate.i will try really hard to diet and buy heaps of fat free foods,but when a smell or see a chocolate i am history,the diets out the window.cheers sue

my biggest downfall is ice cream of any flavor and potato chips and chocolates. I do love all fruits and most veggies though.'and I do try to keep within limits but I cannot eat just one potato chip, or onelittle piece of chocolate.

No i must agree I can't just have one either, I knew of someone that had 1 malteser a day, there is no way I could do that I'd have one bag maybe but not 1 sweet!!!!LOL

Hi I drink a lot of coffee about 6- 8 cups daily. I know it is harmful to my health. So much caffeen in not good. But I can not stop this and this is the biggest downfall in my diet.
