We did! I left the food shopping to my partner today becuase i'm at work all week untill 5:30pm and although i did give him a list of a few things to get i left it mostly to him. He suprised me by buying us some fresh British strawberries for our tea! Mmmmm, they were so delicious, very sweet and yummy, i even declinded to have cream on them becuase they tasted so good just on their own. anyone else been enjoying them while they are in season?

Funny I found this discussion. I just started one myself along the lines of fresh strawberries. I have a large
patch groing in my back yard here in Minnesota USA. I
just picked a few for a snack after lunch. They were so juicy, sweet and delicious. Nothing beats a homegrown strawberry actually. Thanks and glad your partner
suprised you with them as well.

I had some strawberries today. First I had some in a fruit salad at a little restaurant downtown, and then I had some on a piece of cake here at the coee shop where I usually sit, and do my on-line work. I love strawberries!

Do you really drink tea everyday? I just thought that was something that people talked about all the time not that the British really carry on the tradition. But no I have not had a stawberry in a long time. I would love some good strawberries though. You got me hungry now.
