Do you wish that heels didn't make you taller?

I love heels but I actually hate the feeling of being tall when i wear them. I am 5'7 and I love what heels do and how they look I just don't want to be the same height or taller the guys. I feel almost freaky??
weird?
anyone else love the look just hate the height that comes with it?

Are you kidding me? I love heels so much i am 5'5 and i love heels I even wish I could get taller, then people would choose me for modeling. Don't ever feel like a freak because you're tall, baby there is nothing weird about that.

yeah its just like when i wear shoes that make me taller i feel weird because i am facing face to face with my hubby. I feel like i am challenging him or something. Like i need to headbutt him? hahah he always says something when i wear heels. hahah its like he feels like he is shrinking. rofl

I'm 1.60 meter so I'm pretty small and I like the extra lenght I get when wearing my heels. If my boyfriend stands on his bare feet and I wear heels we are about the same hight. If he puts on his regular shoes he's bigger and when they have a bit of a platform he's a lot bigger, lol!
I can understand it might not be nice being bigger than all the guys, but there are lower heels out there? But still, that's not the same... guys do like tall girls so I guess that's not a problem ;) I guess theres not a good solution for this problem... all the best!

You sound just like me! I'm short and I like it for some odd reason. I also love wearing heels because they're cute, but I don't like the fact that they make me taller.

Oh me! I love wearing heels. I feel so sexy in a nice pair of shoes.
BUT my husband is only about 3" taller than me so I am at his height or sometimes a little taller when I wear heels.

Hi Rayray, if I were 5'7" I probably wouldnt wear heels as much as I do. At 5'4", I wear heels most of the time because I dont like feeling so short. Most my heels make me around 5'8" give or take an inch or so, so I guess I'm saying that I wish I had your problem(but then wouldnt have an excuse to buy so many shoes)lol.

Sometime I do feel a bit tall, but mainly I love it.
There are just a few times I wish I wasn't sometimes in bars and clubs I feel like I tower and stick out.
Though I think that really is just how you feel and not really the case.
I'm just over 5'7"

i have no idea what you're talking about, i'm 5'. haha
but i could imagine. i love heels more for making me taller. matter of fact, oftentimes when i'm barefoot i walk around on my tip-toes. it has made my calves very muscular.
