Where is the land of your dreams?

Are you content where you are living right now? Do you have a land of your dreams? I have so many friends who dream of living in either Australia or Ireland.
For me, somewhere cooler will be a big relief. Here it's often sweltering hot that cranking the airconditioner doesnt help much.

For me, perhaps the land of my dreams isn't in this world at all. I have been too unhappy in this world, with people going against me all the time. I don't know, but if there's an afterlife, perhaps I'll be finding peace and happiness there, not before that.

Thanks for praying for me, Piscesmoon. Don't worry, I'm not a goner yet. I have always stood and fought for my existence in this world and I shall be continuing to do so until my last breath. But that's all I have done in this life-struggle for existence, struggle against the infernal inferiority complex. But how can I prevent it from coming, with people all around me always making me feel as though I'm not worth their attention? I haven't ever been given importance in my life. And I don't expect that things will ever change in the remainder of it.

Hello, i'm sorry to see these unhappy words written by you. People all over the world don't pay attention to you? I don't think so, at least i've paid my attention and you successfully attracted mine. You're doing a great job

Thanks so very much, lynette. Yes, you're right. I do have friends, virtual though they may be. I don't know why, but suddenly I had lapsed into a morale crunch after that "debate" session between me and that friend of mine. Perhaps, it's due to the realization that in the new life which I am about to enter, my job life, I'll probably be confronted with more such verbal battles, out of which I may not emerge victorious and my prestige will be falling in the eyes of my colleagues. But thanks once again for your support, lynette. It seems that I have found a very good friend here.

I love living in Australia, but we will move to a warmer part of it when we retire. We live in a beautiful place, but as I get older I find it harder to cope with the winter and find it makes me quite depressed after days and days of rain and wind. There are many different climates in Australia - so there are plenty of places to choose from!
