NO, never because I've seen all the bad consequences of having an extramarital affair and the worst is the lost of trust.

I would not. I waited until after I was 30 something to get married because I was afraid I could not settle down. I promised myself that once I got married that was that. I know how much it would hurt if the situation was reversed, plus not to be funny, but no relationship outside my marriage would be worth the trouble I would get from my wife.
