It doesn't just happen at the car dealers!!!

You know how when you go buy a car, the saleman always says "Let me go talk to my manager and see what kind of deal I can get for you"? Well tonight, we bought a peice of exercise equipment and the guy we were talking to had that "talk" with his manager. We ended up paying about half price for it. I thought only car dealers did that!! Have you had that happen someplace else???

I guess the economy is getting even the fitness people with selling their exercise equipment. I have just seen it with car dealers. So glad you and your husband got a great deal.

It was marked $200 more than we had expected to spend, so it's great that we got the deal. I think everyone's trying to make a sale now since no one is really buying stuff. I'm sure a sale at half price is better than no sale at all!
