No way,,, he's not there when the time we need him the most and now he will just get the custody? no,, he can provide my daughter her needs and wants but never to be in his custody its ridiculous, or unless im 6 feet under the earth.

It is a very big NO on this that I have to give my child to a man that never been a Father to my child since she/he has been born unto me and I guess if he want it to then he have to proved it in the Court that he is qualified and then to the condition I would never do that as well for it is like hanging myself in the ceiling it is a very big NO......

hi odamashin, I would never give my boyfriend custody of my child. He wants to be a father than he should get the right that any father gets. I would not stop him from seeing her, I would also let him come by any time he liked. Why would I keep him away from his daughter. Unless he did something bad to my baby, than that would be another story. I would not go live with either. What would be the reason that he would want full custody of your daughter?

if the kid is under age it will stay to the mother no matter what! or let the judge descide.
